FAQ
How and where are your products produced?
Every single piece is handcrafted by me in my small workshop in Toronto. I cut, glue, punch, hand-stitch and burnish each piece with the love and dedication this material deserves.
What type of leather do you use?
The leather that I use is either full aniline or semi-aniline dyed luxury upholstery leather remnants and discontinued samples.
Why leftover upholstery leather?
Why not? Upholstery leather is specifically created to be beautiful and extremely durable to withstand different lifestyles and everyday use. Luxury leather furniture manufactures only use the best sections from the best hides when creating their custom pieces, leaving out any imperfections in the material. There's nothing wrong with these left over pieces, they just didn't make the final cut.
I source my materials from local custom leather furniture manufactures that uses durable, high quality luxury leathers and help them minimize waste. Because quantity of material is limited, the pieces made are one of a kind and no two items - even from the same remnant - are really alike.
Can you do rush orders?
I currently do not have the capacity to accommodate rush orders. The current collection that is shown on our website is what is currently available in stock until the release of the next small batch collection of pieces.
How are your items shipped?
I ship all of my items via Canada Post. Unfortunately, tracking is not available for international orders unless requested before the order is placed.
I’d like you to make something that isn’t on your site. Can you do that?
I currently do not do custom orders. I only create small batch collections based on what materials I have available.
Do you accept returns?
