Refund policy

 

If you are unsatisfied with the quality or materials of your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods for an exchange or refund.   

Please note each piece is made by hand with stringent quality control throughout the fabrication process.  Due to the nature of our brand, each piece is unique and may have blemishes or scars that are a natural part of the leather hide used to make our goods – these are not considered defects but add to the unique properties of each piece. 

Each piece is created by using a limited amount of materials available and are one of a kind, and as such any exchange may not match the colour(s) of your original selection. 

 

Refunds

To qualify for an exchange or refund, your item(s) must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.  If it is determined the item was washed, used or damaged through normal wear and tear, your exchange or refund will be denied.  

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

In order to speed up the exchange / refund process, you may be asked to provide photos of your item(s) to be returned. 

Once confirmed, you have 14 days to ship the goods back.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, any C.O.D. shipments will be refused. 


All exchanges and refunds must be accompanied by a proof of purchase.  Once your refund has been approved, funds will be returned via the original form of payment.
